In panel 2, Marx says, "Shell and BP combined have made $10 billion in profit so far this year." In panel 3, Engels says, "The cost of living is rising faster than wages. Real people literally can't afford to buy as much food as they used to." In panel 4, Marx says, "Gosh, if only there were something we could do about all this," and Engels says, "I thought of a great slogan for the election in two years!"
